Lauren Sughrue



Lauren Sughrue is a graduate of Virginia Tech where she earned her professional Bachelor of Architecture degree.  While at Virginia Tech, she spent her 4th year studying abroad at Peter Behrens School of Arts in Germany, learning from Berlin Architect Robert Niess. 

She worked with the community design team at Baskervill for over 3 years in Richmond, Virginia, and collaborated on a wide range of projects including multi-family, commercial, office, mixed-use, and community projects. She believes in working with local neighborhoods and communities to design inspiring spaces for gathering, living, working, and playing. 

Ms. Sughrue has experience in interior renovations, new construction work, and adaptive reuse projects. She has worked with a wide range of diverse clients including community members and Richmond city commissions. Lauren has participated in all phases of design from concept design to construction documentation and construction administration.
