Theresa del Ninno is a master architect who leads the firm with integrity and a passion for design. She is a LEED accredited professional and registered architect with substantial national and international experience. As a hands-on firm leader, Ms. del Ninno has designed a broad collection of building types. Ms. del Ninno's design expertise and construction management experience positions her to provide reliable professional services throughout all phases of a project. She focuses on building designs that are responsive to their interior program and sensitive to their urban context. 

Ms. del Ninno's exemplary design work has garnered recognition from the National Building Museum, USGBC, and local AIA chapters. Ms. del Ninno has presented talks at national and regional conferences on designing early childhood facilities and sustainable design. She is a resident of Alexandria and active in her local community, having served as chairperson on the City of Alexandria’s Board of Historic Review, Parker Gray district, and President of the AIA NOVA Board.
