As a licensed architect and urban designer, Zaira Suárez provides project-specific design solutions for sites and buildings in a broad range of project types and sizes including institutional projects, educational, commercial, and multi-family residential. Her experience brings a holistic approach to every client's needs. She has experience in interior design, particularly work on Baccarat Hotels and residences.  

At Maginniss + del Ninno Architects, Ms. Suárez has led and participated in multiple projects involving child care facilities, office renovations, co-working spaces, K-12 schools, and higher education.  Zaira is an advocate of design that improves people's quality of life and strengthens communities. She participates with AIA committees and local associations to continue developing her knowledge and volunteer her time and skills.
